What’s Next Career Transition Services is a division of The Boomer Group formed in 2009 with a Rose Community Foundation grant. What’s Next Career Transition Services provides individual job outplacement services for baby boomers. These services include skills assessment, career coaching, resume and personal marketing plan development, interview tips and techniques, networking activities and connections to valuable employment resources.

Stephanie Klein is an experienced corporate recruiter and a former partner in a national recruiting firm.  A graduate of Colorado State University with a master’s degree in management, she heads a staff with 25 years of combined recruiting experience and more than 50 years of business consulting expertise.  A member of the Colorado Society of Human Resource Management, Stephanie is president of the 1,300-member Colorado Human Resource Association.  The Boomer Group is dedicated to matching Colorado employers with the best and most experienced candidates.  Active in the Colorado community, the company served as a leader in the Rose Community Foundation’s Boomers Leading Change Initiative and recently received a grant from the Foundation to help baby boomers improve their job search skills.
