We know that finding work can be a difficult and frustrating process. You apply to a lot of companies and never hear back about your candidacy, and sometimes you never even know if your application was received. We value your time, and encourage you to initially send us your resume with a brief summary that includes ideal position(s) for which you wish to be considered, as well as your salary range. What happens after you send your resume to The Boomer Group?
Once received, your resume and information will be reviewed by our team of recruiters. We respond back to everyone who sends us a resume, and if your experience matches our current or future client’s needs, you will be contacted via the phone within 48 business hours.
If your experience does not meet our current needs, your resume will be retained, and you may be contacted in the future when we do have an opportunity that better matches your experience and/or objectives.
