Client Problem: A small high-tech company needed to hire an office support person on a temporary basis to answer the phones, greet customers, and manage a large workload. The candidate needed to have exceptional people skills. This individual also needed to be an independent self-starter—someone who could multitask and who didn’t need to be micromanaged.
